Highly qualified design and process personnel staff our engineering department. Our typical engineer has a bachelor’s and master’s degree in mechanical and electrical engineering as well as 20 years of professional experience. In addition, our engineers cross-trained on all of our products – work closely with customers, blending their science skills with a strong understanding of your needs. We can supply standard products or develop your customer designs.
Software& Process
Our engineers work with highly advanced CAD systems such as AutoCAD, Solid Works, UG, Pro-E. Our computer simulation and testing ensures that our designs are practical and reliable. Our R&D personnel carefully measure and monitor data on our materials and on the performance of our products. Our design process includes: define the problem, gather information, specify the requirements, create conceptual design, conclude design, evaluate solution, build prototypes, conduct tests, select best solution and communicate the solution.
